This jacket has been revisited by Anissa Aïda. Traditionally, the “dungri” or “dungaree” bwas a part of a work uniform, worn by the sailors and merchants, in Tunisia. Originally, Maoist Chinese workers wore it. It was in indigo colour. The classic cut was : a straight cut with patch pockets. Anissa Aïda adapted it by using an interessant patchwork of cotton in different kinds of blue, keeping the Chinese buttons and the Mandarin collar
