“Neither recto nor verso”, the Reversible collection by Mayrena Paris
Architectural and minimalist jewelry and each time, two ways to wear them
The purity of the lines of the rings, necklaces, bracelets and other ear cuffs recalls the outline of Bauhaus architecture. It gives off an obvious modernity, but also a poetry. The jewels always have two possible ways to be worn, giving you two options in one piece. Extremely elegant, the creations of Alexandra David, the founder and designer of Mayrena Paris, can be used in any circumstance, easily matching your style and mood.
The entire manufacturing process follows jewelry codes: engraving and plating are carried out by one of the French galvanizing specialists (also working for Hermès, Cartier and Louis Vuitton). The bracelets and necklaces are shaped in the designer’s Normandy workshop, while the base of the rings is crafted in Thailand to achieve the best finish. 925 silver, vermeil and 18k gold plating are used in the design of the coins. For creations in solid silver, a “925” hallmark guarantees the silver content. A “V” engraving for vermeil jewelry (925 silver and gold plating) certifies 5 microns of gold, a guarantee of the quality and durability of the gold layer. All jewelry is lead and nickel free and the Mayrena house recycles its scrap metal.
